Well done in your poor service @officialcalor My sons school in messing Essex had to close half way through the day because they ran out of gas. Vulnerable children at risk. How can you let their gas run low?

@HIExpress 5) I should be able to leave the hotel with my child when I want. Its not safe to lock people in from the inside. There should be a push button exit or it should auto open from the inside like the main doors still. I’m fuming he was so rude to me.

@HIExpress 4) for security reasons but you should never block people from being able to egress by locking them in. The main doors to the front have steps. I spent 5 minutes trying to find a receptionist as it was.

@HIExpress 3) ban us from the hotel & chuck us out as I kept telling him to stop shouting at me and being rude. The lady on reception was lovely & apologised for his behaviour but he has totally discriminated against my child. I get that you want to lock doors from the outside

@HIExpress 2) I was not rude, I did not shout. He basically told me we have to set the fire alarm off to exit the building if we cannot find them, even if it doesnt necessitate evacuation for whole hotel. My child is having a procedure @GreatOrmondSt tomorrow & he threatened to

Horrific crash involving GB’s Katy Marchant at @UCITCL in London. The Olympic champion went over the barriers and into the crowd, like Matt Walls at the Commonwealth Games. Sounds like she got up before crowd left the arena. An awful sight, fingers crossed all involved are okay

Well that was pretty horrific. Poor Katy, her son was there too. Hope she will be ok. Saw the lady & man that were hurt on the way out & briefly spoke with them. The shock will kick in I’m sure. Hope all recover speedily & this freak accident just is a bad memory
