What investments will be required to build the supporting infrastructure? These are among the strategic questions that will define Uganda's transition from AI skilling to sovereign AI capability. We recently held a strategic dialogue with @NwanneObahor, @UNDPUganda Resident Representative, on operationalizing AI compute as a strategic enabler of National Development Plan IV (NDP IV) and Uganda's industrialization agenda. Through our expanding AI ecosystem and strategic AI compute partnerships, we are advancing Uganda's sovereign AI capability.
