@emma_b53 Hi there,  EMR don't currently offer seat reservations for your journey. Your ticket is a 'counted place' which means you can sit in any available seat within your ticket class. Thanks, ~ James

@StagecoachEMid It's the expense - having to pay for a single instead of the planned weekly ticket. It's really not fair that drivers just keep saying it's a Nottingham bus n therefore demand payment for a single

@StagecoachEMid #pronto Why, yet again is my daughter forced into buying a single (b-line) ticket just because the driver can't find her weekly ticket on the machine. Inevitably costing us more money. Driver just kept repeating tickets for Mansfield/ Nottingham when in Chesterfld

@StagecoachEMid She was trying to get a young person silver megarider for £12.50 - Heath to Chesterfield. Not purchasing tickets on her phone as the app very often has issues and she would be left stranded if her ticket wouldn't load on her phone for some reason. (This has happened to me lots)

There's a reason we both purchase weekly tickets and it's supposedly to save money. Fed up of this.

@StagecoachEMid want to ask since i work on park road has any temp stops been placed along park road or just after as the next bus stop is quite a distance away. In past when theres been divertions there hasnt been any placed. Ones on park road arent used by stagecoach going to chesterfield
