Really do like Pedro Porro and he has so many great attributes but he’s been really really bad for the last few weeks. And defensively he seems to be at fault for nearly every goal we concede. Good game though. Deki levels above everyone else as always

@outofsherwood @but_cyclists The assistance cuts out at 15.5 mph on legal e-bikes and you have to pedal for the motor to assist. That wasn’t an e-bike.

The biggest game changer of e-bikes is enabling people to cycle at all, when they typically wouldn't have before.

@FireGeth @BobFromAccounts The two worst I’ve seen (both M4) were a woman with a bowl of cereal in one hand and spoon in the other, and a bloke going erratically slowly in Lane 1 having a meeting on an ipad held in front of his face.

If I could earn £10 every time I saw a driver using their phone during my 15 km each-way bicycle commute, I reckon I could earn between £500 and £800 per one-way trip. Phone use behind the wheel is endemic.

@laura_laker The quick release mechanism feels pretty sturdy. I don’t carry a laptop often but it hasn’t felt too unstable. There’s a padded laptop sleeve inside so it doesn’t move about. Also has fold-out side panniers and a rain cover, neither of which I’ve needed yet!
