@BupaAustralia I have cancelled my membership and been charged and surprise surprise no one has responded to me via chat function - took 2 days to get my cancellation and now this!!

@theiconicau Useless customer service cannot get a response or accurate tracking info regarding a package that was ordered 2 weeks ago! Dont involve third party couriers when you cannot assess their reliability
@ZARA_Care Service has been an absolute joke and the customer care didnt assist at all on chat i had 1 question and wss fobbed off for the best part of an hour
