Cannot stop thinking about this… So incredibly sad Just like many of you, I had someone close to me take their life due to mental health. One of my high school buddies, who was one of the happiest people you’ll ever meet. The day we lost him, we chatted right after school & he told me how excited he was for prom in a couple weeks. Never in a million years did I think he was battling some major inner demons. Friendly reminder to always check on the people you love, whether they appear to be doing well or not. Always tell your people you love them. Send them random texts checking in & letting them know you’re there & you care. Prayers to the Kneeland family, his friends & the Cowboys organization
