@emmapkate Had a 16 year old go through a cattle artificial insemination course I was helping teach last month. Kid was just itching to be involved with the dairy industry and did not come from a farm family, so much enthusiasm. I think the kids are fine actually.

It’s time to start trusting the younger generation. Mentor, build them up. Stop relying on the old guys that only have a little of life left.
