#B329LeadershipChallenge Another idea for me is fuel poverty. Will you have to choose between important everyday things due to the huge energy increases that are coming such as food or heat?

Week 17 #OUB329 will AI put us out of work? Important to me with 2 small children, will it affect their future opportunities? Positive impacts time, cost & efficiency. Negatively impacts less human jobs, less human interaction & some jobs need empathy & emotion.

Week 17 #OUB329 enjoyed this week especially learning about the 5 main ingredients for successful storytelling. Jose is certainly a leader in a real genuine, hands on and motivational way, what a nice guy 😊 certainly caught my attention!

Week 16 #OUB329 conflict & democratic practice. Been working from home for the past 2 years, decision day tomorrow for the business 'what to do moving forward', conflict is happening (will it be antagonistic for some?) Any new possibilities for leadership in the organisation?

#OUB329 week 16 who are 'the people' in democratic leadership practice?? I agree with Connolly 2012 - learn to develop a certain respect for others - grow together 🙂
