**update** Both roads are still currently closed but our teams are working to try and reopen. We will be working with Derbyshire to reopen the A6024 too as the closure goes over their border.

Due to dangerous conditions caused by the snowfall this evening the A6024 is being closed. The A635 is also being closed at the junction of Thick Hollins Road. We will update when the roads are reopened. Please take extra care if you are travelling tonight.

@ollymurs In true customer service style, we were told to wait in the queue as ‘@TicketmasterUK had messed up this morning’. We finally got seated after waiting for an hour and missing Olly and the first TT song. Not good enough and not a single apology. We love it 🥲🙃

Customer services desk and ask them to sort it. We were met with an hour long queue of people who were experiencing the same thing. We missed the entirety of the support act @ollymurs whilst waiting and no one was updating us 2/

Honestly @TicketmasterUK are jokers. I queried our shocking seat allocation for TakeThat (which were behind the stage🙃) and never received a reply. When we got to @AOArena last night, we went to our seats & they were covered by a giant curtain, staff told us to go to 1/
