For those of you who like the nerdy autistic finance shit I’ll explain abit of my thought process in this design You’ll find it interesting if finance is your thing This is a yield capture model through market volatility As far as I know it’s never been done like this before, it’s novel and I created it We have created an on chain ETF $BES - weighted 40/30/30 with $BTC, $ETH and $SOL, fully collaterised We produce a base revenue with protocol fees from mint/redeem function, which will primarily be driven by arbitrage trades keeping the ETF pegged to underlying NAV Great You supply $BES into a LP pool and capture fees there We are seriously considering protocol revenue share with $BES holders to boost APR We are aiming for 3-4% APR, just depends on volatility, could be higher, could be lower Revenue share boosts APR which makes it much more attractive to big capital and essentially boot straps liquidity There’s also less risk than lending, you always hold the underlying, no liquidation risks,no contagion etc It’s yield on volatility This design will flow billions of dollars through the protocol and will be the best yield generator in crypto And yes a portion of protocol revenue will be buying back @MalleableGold This will likely be the first protocol that fairly launched a coin from zero, created and launched a revenue generating and superior yield generating product from zero capital raised Market cap of @MalleableGold is like $100k right now lmao We going to see but watch how this plays out Especially when we add even more volatile ETF’s together, including decorrelated assets across equities now that @solana has tokenized everything

Interesting to see that while Bitcoin is down 15% since 10/10, there has been no real capitulation in derivatives since.
This is what kept me from buying the dips, as there is just not enough pain to do so.
While im absolutely not rushing to buy this since the indicators are not showing the capitulation yet, I dont think shorting has good R:R anymore as the price trend is getting quite extended and we also had some strong volumes during the selloff which often signal bit of a mean-reversion.
I would look for either one more aggressive stab under 91k with hopefully some liquidations coming in and basis turning negative, or if shit really hits the fan I would probably bid around 84k since that has good R:R from purely price action pov.
