No yield difference between 15" soybeans vs 30", same populations, same planting dates throughout the year. One planter plants 15 other one does 30s.

Putting in a solar farm on good black dirt. We have a field directly across the road that we’ve raised 290 bushel corn on. I don’t understand some people.

@BigBrett58 That quality of ground would handle a large animal unit per acre of grazing sheep amongst the panels which could produce virtually same pounds of ruminants per acre plus 75–100 times more miles per acre in EV compared to corn ethanol.

When I was a young doctor, whenever we saw shingles in young people our first thought was checking for HIV. I've talked w/ 4 family friends under the age of 50 with shingles in the past 5 days. This is pretty odd. None have HIV risk factors. They do have one thing in common.

@Mitch_Rupert I think this is No. 27 for as a guy who takes pictures and types words. I still get excited about three incredibly long days of work. My favorite tournament, though, was when Bobby Crawford won his 4th state championship in the early 90s and the party that ensued.

The power supplies are charging, and my get-up-and-go juice is ready for the weekend … There hasn’t been much I have missed about working in newspapers, but I would have missed state wrestling weekend if I weren’t here

I got this shirt several years ago when I worked for @PioneerSeeds, it was given to me by two agronomist who were visiting from Ukraine learning about American agriculture. It is the only shirt from Pioneer I still own and it doesn’t fit. I hope they are both ok tonight.

@UlrichFarm If the “going green” crowd were really committed to “going green” they could make this happen. Really shows the lack of commitment in the “going green” community for actually trying to preserve green space. The theatrical show must go on.

I’m all for using clean forms of energy but If we’re going to go solar why not put them on the roofs of big box stores instead of on productive farmland or clearing forested land for it which if you think about it, is kind of counter-productive Just look at that footprint
