No es constitucional usar a las FFAA y Policía para reprimir y maltratar al pueblo, detener a sus dirigentes, torturarlos, montar o armar “pruebas” y llevarlos ante jueces parcializados con el poder. Los crímenes contra la humanidad (lesa humanidad) no prescriben. Si los represores y genocidas no son juzgados en Bolivia, serán llevados a tribunales internacionales. No es democracia amenazar con cárcel a trabajadores e indígenas, en vez de valorar y agradecer su aporte histórico en la recuperación de la democracia, la inclusión social, la defensa de los recursos naturales y la soberanía nacional.
