The way you eat is disordered and causes you emotional and/or physical harm. There's a reason why eating disorders kill. It's not something you can logic your way in to or out of.

kinda bothers me when people act like carbs are super fattening and evil and protein is the only thing you should be eating carbs have their purposes too!!! they’re not inherently bad!! they’re the body’s first choice for energy for a reason

Weight loss is one of the goals but for me another was "body cleanse", you can tell me all
