in a meeting listening to a 2nd grade teacher talk about her elaborate PBIS system and having a 💡moment about why her students may have struggled to adjust to my class back in the fall — they were used to doing things for Treats and I wanted them to do things for Reasons

constantly reflecting by asking myself: how might I offer more choice and voice? Beginning of year- reading partner spots chosen by T w/frog signs made by T. Today- the room was buzzing w/excitement as Ss created their own signs and selected a spot w/their partner. #WeAreD34
