@talktoNHG Yes and nothing has been done all week. When exactly will the contractor be coming to fix the door? It's a simple question and you make this such a hard answer. Ask the contractor when they will be coming if you do not know.

@talktoNHG NHG told us this days ago and nobody came. When are they actually coming, today, tomorrow, next week, next month? We would love to know so we can stop wasting our time complaining on all your social media accounts, making calls, sending email etc.

@talktoNHG Now waiting several days for the bin door to be fixed at Woolwich Reach. Yesterday LLR showing clients a flat got the rubbish cleared in a hour but not actually fix the door? How about fixing the problem? We will keep adding more rubbish every day otherwise. I've already DM.

Nothing done for days to repair the bin door. Shame on you NHG.

@talktoNHG when will the bin room door access at Woolwich Reach be fixed? Rubbish outside now on public footpath & stairs and blocking building fire hydrant. Many residents have complained for days now. Customer service says its not an urgent issue. Where to put rubbish then?
