Am I stupid or haven’t pitchers been hitting in the national league for 100 years?

I initially liked ABS, but after 2 full seasons, I’m having some doubts. It takes away aggressiveness away from pitchers. Instead of attacking the zone, I’m noticing more pitchers trying to “clip” the zone. There are positives as it sort of gets rid of bad umpiring. However at this point, I’d rather watch a game with a good ump.
