Feeling honoured to be receiving the most prestigious award! The citation reads: “Awarded to Lynne Biddulph (nee Taylor) for remarkably setting RRA “Land’s End to John O’Groats” solo records during both 2001 and 2002 and continuing on in 2002 to also take the 1,000 mile record”.

Current women’s and men’s (provisional) @RRA_GB Edinburgh to London record holders, Eileen Sheridan and @24HourMaths, their records set 67 years apart.

@George One of @24HourMaths’ former pupils made these on a 3D printer and presented them at the finish. The sign is a lovely touch.

@endtoend2018 @24HourMaths I was so pleased I managed to get out for a bit of cowbell ringing (albeit earlier in the day). It was such an impressive ride.

Took @24HourMaths out for a well deserved breakfast. He won’t mind me saying he was welling up remembering the support yesterday / reading all your messages. I missed it but apparently the support on that last stretch of A10 was incredible. Those extra watts = the difference.

The night before his ride, @24HourMaths received a lovely message from Pete Wells, who held the E2L record for 32 years. No-one who was out yesterday would doubt that his 1989 record was an amazing ride.
