@Miss_Oluremi women put a lot of of pressure on themselves and on younger women. No mention of natural hair, but braids, the cutting your hair etc. Any young girl reading this, who do not own any artificial hair may think she does not belong or have hair intelligence.

Basic hair intelligence for girls: 1. Braided wig is trash. It makes you look tacky 2. 5*5 frontal is better than full frontal. 3. Tfrontal is tacky. 4. You don’t need 26+ inches of bone straight if you do not own a car. 5. Pixie curls are a must-have. 6. 12-inch bob wig would stress the hell out of you. 7. 10” BS is a must-have. 8. You don’t need coloured hair if you don’t have enough black wigs. 9. 70k deep wave is a waste of money. 10. Basic wigs: 10”BS, 14”pixie curls, 16” fringe STW, 18”bouncy hair, quality Tiwa hair (not 35k), all black or neutral colour Bonus: No matter how beautiful that blend hair is, DON'T buy it. I know they'll tell you it lasts better than human hair. It's economical, and all you need to do is maintenance. I repeat, DO NOT buy it❗❗❗

Hi future USRN’s ! If you’re preparing for the NCLEX, focus on what really matters based on the test plan. Start with Management of Care, because this has the highest percentage. This includes prioritization, delegation, and patient safety always ask yourself: Who is the most critical patient? Next, focus on Pharmacological and Parenteral Therapies. Know your common drugs, side effects, and nursing responsibilities. Don’t memorize everything understand the patterns. Then move to Physiological Adaptation. This is about how the body responds to illness. Focus on emergency situations and complications. After that, review Safety and Infection Control. This is one of the easiest points if you master isolation precautions and standard safety measures. Don’t forget Reduction of Risk Potential. Learn lab values, diagnostics, and early signs of complications. Lastly, study Basic Care and Comfort and Psychosocial Integrity. These are easier points but still very important especially communication and mental health. Remember: NCLEX is not about memorization. It’s about how you think as a nurse. Always choose the safest answer.” 📊 Where Did These Percentages Come From? The percentages are based on: 1. Real Nursing Practice (Very Important) From a study called: 👉 2024 RN Practice Analysis ✔️ This means: • They asked real nurses what they do in hospitals • The exam is based on actual nursing duties 2. Expert Nurses’ Decisions Experts from the NCLEX Examination Committee (NEC) helped decide: ✔️ What topics are most important ✔️ What should appear more on the exam 🧩 Clinical Judgment Part (NEW NCLEX Format) Aside from the usual topics, NCLEX also tests: 🔹 Case Study Questions • Around 18 questions • Divided into 3 sets • Each set = 1 patient scenario ✔️ You will: • Analyze patient condition • Make decisions step by step 🔹 Stand-Alone Questions • About 10% of the exam • These are: • Independent questions • Not part of a case study ⚠️ Important Note About Exam Length NCLEX is computer adaptive, meaning: • The number of questions can vary • So percentages may slightly change 💡 Simple Summary (Easy to Remember) The NCLEX content distribution tells you how many questions come from each topic. It is based on real nursing work and expert decisions. The exam also includes case studies and clinical judgment questions to test how you think and make decisions as a nurse. 🎯 Study Tip 👉 Focus more on high-percentage topics + clinical judgment practice Because passing NCLEX is not about memorizing,it’s about thinking like a safe nurse. All the best in your Exam. Disclaimer: This diagram comes from updated post of NCSBN. #nursejoy #Nclex #internationalnurse

One of the most foolish things about women is a lack of long-term thinking and awareness of consequences. You are actually placing the power of relationships, marriages and reproduction into the hands of men. Women have menopause, but men do not. Men will now be able to continue taking birth control until they are ready to have children, while women will be forced to rely on men’s decisions and approval in order to conceive. Men can continue taking it until they die or whenever they are ready to have children, and we all know men often prefer to wait until their late 30 after making it. Men would gladly welcome it, as it could reduce paternity fraud, baby trapping, and being pressured into marriage. It would allow them to make reproductive decisions on their own terms, and they would have greater control over reproduction. Dumb idiots.

Went through the comments and one thing stood out, lack of critical thinking. You’re celebrating handing over reproductive control to men without thinking it through. Commitment and marriage is already largely in the hands of men, now you’re excited to also put reproduction there? A man can take those pills for as long as he wants and decide when he’s ready. Meanwhile, a woman’s biological clock doesn’t wait. You’re basically excited about a system where women will need a man’s decision or cooperation to conceive. Breaking News!! Men will gladly embrace it too, less fear of paternity fraud, preg/baby trapping, or pressure to commit and less “pull out” worries. This will ultimately lead to more control on one side, less leverage on the other. But yeah… “e sweet una” 😂

MY OPINION There’s no evidence of any woman being raped from all the videos circulating online. It’s a day festival where woman are instructed not to go to some areas for the duration of the festival. Failure to do so will put you in harms way. The focus seem to be on RAPE that didn’t happen rather than the assault that is seen in this video. PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. As a woman, you have to understand something basic on this earth. Good Men are the reason you can walk the earth freely and safely. Good men. If there’s a festival and women as instructed to stay indoors, the best thing you can do is actually stay indoors. The moment you step out, you’ll no longer be under the protection of the good men because an instruction was given by men. So the good men who will ordinarily protect you will only be forced to sit and watch when evil men befalls you. Lastly, I don’t support any man molesting anyone in the name of festivals. End.
TENIOLA@Teeniiola

Many girls have reportedly been r@p£d and m0l£sted by men in Ozoro during what is being described as a “r@p!ng festival” in the area. According to multiple reports and videos circulating online, today is said to be the day of this festival in the Ozoro community, and girls are wvrned not to go outside. It is alleged that any girl seen outside could be att@ck£d and r@p£d by groups of men. Foreigners who are unaware of this situation have reportedly fallen v!ctim as well. There is Delta state university in Ozoro, and many female students may not be fully aware of the d@nger. It is distvrbing that something like this could be tolerated in society. This is heartbreaking, and urgent action needs to be taken.

When I tell people there's Misogyny then there's Urhobo/Isoko misogyny they don't seem to understand. In my village, there's a day set aside to rape women. Yes RAPE ALL WOMEN YOU SEE OUTSIDE. I witnessed this first-hand when my pastor's daughter a girl who was barely 13, was gang raped and these barbaric villagers made a case for the rapists including the Nigerian police. Every day I wake up, I always have a legitimate reason to hate men, patriarchy, and the women who uphold patriarchy. All of you will die a very shameful death. Useless animals

They deceived you into believing that feminists are bitter and angry women, or women without fathers, or women who hate men. They made you dislike feminists and feminism. And they made you fall in love with misogyny. Some of your papa's and mama's even laugh at feminists on stage, and you laugh with them. You are laughing with people whose voices are loud about submission but never about injustice. You are laughing with people in armored cars and armed guards, while you are exposed to rape or kidnapping every day. My dear, you are not hurting feminists. You are hurting yourself. Keep laughing with people who observe table manners while you are in pain.

I didn't cohabit exactly, but I visited him without calling. There, I met a mature lady cooking. That was the first time I ate native rice with stockfish. Anyway, he told her I was his cousin visiting from school, even though I was already working, not schooling. I slept in the living room, and they definitely enjoyed themselves that night while I lay on the couch in the living room listening to "Uyo Meyo" by Teni and crying. She made breakfast the next morning, I ate shamelessly, and then I left. I've never been able to share this with anyone until today. Fear men... Run from men... Avoid men...

Women please listen to me, I worked in O&G for 3years + and it's almost 2years working in pediatrics, and I say it with so much confidence that an educated and financially stable woman is an empowered woman. I've seen it too many times how those that are uneducated and solely dependant on their husband are being treated, trust me, it is not good at all. Ladies, Go get that degree Get that skills and certifications GET A JOB BEFORE THINKING ABOUT MARRIAGE! GET A JOB BEFORE THINKING ABOUT MARRIAGE!! GET A JOB BEFORE THINKING ABOUT MARRIAGE!!! Selah.

HOT GIST - It Ended In Hot Tears A pregnant woman wasted her 9 months journey because of stubbornness She had Caesarean Section in her first delivery a few years ago. In the index pregnancy, she said she wanted to attempt vaginal delivery, we obliged and gave her the terms and conditions for trial of labour after CS. At 34 weeks, the baby became transverse lie, she was told she can't attempt normal delivery with transverse lie. This continued till 37weeks. She came back at 40weeks with a broad smile. She announced that the baby had turned, which was confirmed with a scan. But there was no sign of labour. She was counselled again for Caesarean Section, she said she wants to discuss with her husband, and left. She came back after 2 weeks with a daed baby, and ended up having the same CS she ran away from. Her husband abandoned her in the hospital when he heard the baby was no more. I've never seen anyone so filled with regrets and remorse. But what's lost, is lost. Why would a woman do this to herself? What is the societal stigma against women that delivered through Caesarean Section?
