Given the escalating regional tensions, I believe that Turkey is currently the most suitable regional partner for Saudi Arabia to establish a strategic security alliance. This alliance would combine Turkey’s advanced military and industrial capabilities with Saudi Arabia’s significant economic weight, underpinned by close coordination between our armed forces, economic integration, political stability, and a shared military doctrine. This would create a unique and effective deterrent force in the region. This alliance would be a regional project to reshape the balance of power. Other countries could join later, provided they make a genuine, qualitative contribution, not merely a symbolic presence.
