Looks like the idea was you face Malenia as Miquella's intermediary protector. He blesses her for phase 2. Then after both are defeated, we get a vision of how it all started, plus Miquella pleading we carry on his wish. Same idea as the DLC post-Consort Radahn fight.

@sekirodubi @714cem @Lokey_DS The last two lines from the video would be awkward to be part of the cutscene, as they are directed at the player, not some memory from the past. Unless it's meant to be a voice-over, it wouldn't make sense for them to be from that specific cutscene.

@engelmann_tim @714cem @Lokey_DS No. The lines are most likely from the cutscene. The IDs are cutscene like. Lance doesn’t have metadata that links them. Linking them wouldn’t be a wild jump but Lance is honest about that so he doesn’t makes that assumption.

@HirotoArt Yeah this looks like it is supposed to be a post shattering Church of Elleh, like we see in the game. I think 60% chance for a simple story retelling and 40% for Vyke or adjacent stand in character story.
