@ACHelpTeam Called “customer service” apparently it was finance department who refused to speak to me as car is my disabled fathers, but he can call apparently, which would be helpful if he wasn’t a dementia/Alzheimer’s sufferer. Did not offer to forward call or help🤷🏻‍♀️

@ArnoldClark is it standard practice for a car to be recovered to dealership, to sit for 4 weeks without being looked at, family member makes the decision to go in person to dealership, magically car is ready for collection next day?

@ArnoldClark part 2. To then collect the car only to find out it’s been pranged while in the dealerships hands. 3 weeks so far waiting on the famous call backs that never happen….. @PeugeotUK worst customer care ever!!
