I used the Arnold Clark chargers at Sighthill, Edinburgh today. Started off at 56% (147 miles), 10 mins & £5.05 later I have added 28 miles which is now showing 66% (175 miles of range). 🚘🔋 Worth noting that the charging speed didn’t go above 59kW.

I thank you, for the advice. We have spoken to James Wray at Arnold Clark Jaecoo Aberdeen. An exceptionally helpful and friendly person. The guy is an absolute credit to the brand. I believe we have found a way to deal with this situation. We are really looking forward to the new car. Hope it’s not too long now. Thanks again Andrew.

@MotabilityOps Good afternoon. My wife, and I ordered a Jaecoo 7 Deluxe from Arnold Clark Aberdeen with an upfront cost of £2499.00. (ARN:97221523). We just received the letter from Motability confirming this. We have been a loyal customer for over twenty years. Having been looking at the Motability Jaecoo 7, we now notice that the Jaecoo 7 AWD LUXURY is now £1499.00 and the Jaecoo 7 Deluxe at £999.00 up front. We would like to know why our own order, as it is not yet fulfilled, has not been reduced to the £999.00 deposit? Also, if the Jaecoo 7 AWD Luxury is £1499.00 deposit, we would have preferred that. Either way, we would be grateful for any clarification of the actual price to be paid. Please advise if a cancellation would be required to rectify the issue? Arnold Clark has to be some of the worst customer service experience I’ve dealt with. Brand new 26 plate car with a fault and I’ve not to worry cause they’ve offered me a courtesy car 🙂🙂🙂

@ACHelpTeam Called “customer service” apparently it was finance department who refused to speak to me as car is my disabled fathers, but he can call apparently, which would be helpful if he wasn’t a dementia/Alzheimer’s sufferer. Did not offer to forward call or help🤷🏻‍♀️

@ArnoldClark is it standard practice for a car to be recovered to dealership, to sit for 4 weeks without being looked at, family member makes the decision to go in person to dealership, magically car is ready for collection next day?

@ArnoldClark My daughter put her car in for service & MOT. Problem with the wet belt but not told the issue may be covered by manufacturer. Quoted £711 to replace faulty rear seatbelt, £500+ for part, £200 labour. She bought part herself for £112. Took 10 mins to fit. Rip off!
