@DrKate_Miller I have paid between $750 - $950 a week on rent for the past 8 years. I’d just be happy if they would let that stand as evidence that I can service a loan. I could own a property and pay so much less than my current rent…!

@kochie_online my wife and I bought a house 20 years ago. we had to sell a couple of years later and have rented ever since. Now we are not “first” home buyers. Any options for people like us? It’s just as hard to get back into the housing market than enter it for the first time.

@JohnFugelsang Not sure that a side effect like the creation of todays USA is something that should be used to support vaccinations. That’s one hell of a risk that most of the planet would want to avoid! There must be positive aspects to the vaccine that you could share instead! 😂

When I was a kid “gay” was the worst thing you could call another kid. That wasn’t 2021, and it wasn’t right then. It was accepted but it was still wrong then, same as now.
