@sillyktiiy 5 day fast lost 6lbs but I didn’t workout, I did omad of 300 cals for 7 days with 7k steps daily and lost 10lbs and didn’t gain it back

can someone tell me the most amnt of weight they lost in a fast and how long they fasted pls i need motivation
