What exactly are we achieving by celebrating this? It’s been 16 years, it’s time to move forward rather than remain stuck in a mindset of war and victory. In the end, it was Sri Lankans who lost their lives, regardless of which side they were on. There’s nothing to celebrate in.

3. This was a really interesting new find. In 💚 Lively points to Street Relations Certificate of Conversion, filed on 6th February 2025. In 💛 is the Certificate of Conversion which has Bryan Freedman's law firm as the service address. Lively asserts that this is evidence that Freedman's law firm represented Wallace originally and tries to tie this to comments freedman made at the hearing on 3rd February regarding the lawsuits all being consolidated in New York. Lively also asserts that Freedman's firm should have accepted service for her Rule 202 deposition petition as a result of the ties Freedman has to Street Relations In 🩷 in Lively's notice of nonsuit for the Rule 202. It is clear that the petition was for the deposition of Jed Wallace, as an individual. Lively is trying to assert that Freedman acting as an agent for Street Relations (the business) means that Freedman is de facto, an agent for Jed Wallace (the individual). It doesn't work like that, dumbass!

In 💙 Lively suggests that "misleading" stories were put out, blaming her for production members' job losses. If that allegation is untrue, you'd think she would use the word "falsely" rather than "misleadingly". one categorically denies something, the other suggests it happened but not quite the way it's being described.

@kiarajade2001 Yes, she's going around reddit questioning creators credentials, especially lawyers. She introduces herself as a lawyer, then proceeds to explain stuff but mostly her posts are very confusing. What's even more confusing is that she has allegedly claimed several other jobs too.

Just following on from this post about legal commentators and what was said about Kat Ortega in Kassidy's livestream last night, I was made aware of these. Firstly, I don't get her need to know where everyone is licenced. We're explaining the law because we're trained and experienced in it. There is no need at all for any information she is seeking about myself, Kassidy or Not Actually Golden. And I seen a different post where she talks about Legalbytes credentials too, as well as Ron Zambrano's. Secondly, US law is not all that different from UK law. Civil Rights are very similar in the countries that have them. Defamation in US is the same as defamation in the UK. Most legal terminology is similar, if not the same. Even if was licenced to a US state, I comment on laws from 3 different jurisdictions in this case. My threads take a while to write because I research everything I'm commenting on, which I would do if I was taking about UK law. The 2 lawyers, who are licenced in CA, talk about NY law and TX law. Kat Ortega claims to be a lawyer but if that were true, she would be aware that we use our skills of being able to read and interpret the law, which should include the ability to read international laws at some level. That's part of the basic education, but pretty essential for corporate lawyers who may negotiate and draft contracts between organisations who are based on opposite sides of the world and are subject to different laws. I said the other day, I am confident in my ability to cover this case and the vast majority of analysis has been confirmed to be right as US lawyers and Judges have subsequently made similar conclusions in their own content.
