What's happening in Khayelitsha? Foreigners openly carrying guns in public, is this really what South Africa has become? And isn't that an AK47? 🤔

Phakel'umthakathi calls on foreign nationals to leave spaza shops, salons by 31 July Activist Nkosikhona "Phakel'umthakathi" Ndabandaba has called on undocumented foreign nationals operating spaza shops and salons in South Africa to vacate those businesses by 31 July. Ndabandaba, who has been involved in the anti-illegal immigration movement, says the call forms part of efforts to address concerns raised by communities around foreign-owned businesses and opportunities for South Africans. The activist previously announced a deadline for undocumented migrants to leave the country by 30 June and later distanced himself from acts of violence reported during anti-illegal immigration protests in KwaZulu-Natal. Authorities have repeatedly warned that immigration enforcement remains a matter for the state, with law enforcement responsible for dealing with anyone found to be in the country illegally.

[BREAKING NEWS] Burundian Pastor Arrested After Allegedly Stabbing South African Woman More Than 40 Times Because Her Brother Supports March and March, After His Church was Shutdown March and March leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma revealed that a woman is fighting for her life after she was allegedly stabbed more than 40 times by a Burundian pastor in an attack that has left a family devastated. The suspect was arrested after the incident, while the victim remains in intensive care. Speaking outside the home of artist Pastor Mjosty, whom March and March publicly acknowledged on 30 June for supporting the movement, Ngobese-Zuma said she received a call from him reporting the incident. She said the victim is Pastor Mjosty's sister and that her young daughter was also stabbed during the attack. According to Ngobese-Zuma, the woman had previously attended a church run by the Burundian pastor before it was closed. She later joined another church. Ngobese-Zuma alleged that after March and March acknowledged Pastor Mjosty, the pastor contacted the woman to question why her brother supported the movement. She said the woman replied that her brother was free to support whoever he wanted. Ngobese-Zuma alleged the suspect arrived at the woman's home during the early hours of the morning and stabbed her more than 40 times before attacking her daughter. She said a neighbour chased after the suspect and alerted police, leading to his arrest. She also claimed the suspect had become a car guard after the church closed and described him as a trained soldier. A later update alleged that the Burundian pastor and the woman had previously been in a relationship. It was further claimed that about a year ago she obtained a protection order against him. According to the update, the suspect later resumed contacting her, saying he believed she ended the relationship because her brother disliked him due to his support for March and March. The latest update also states that the suspect is currently in hospital after allegedly attempting to take his own life while in a holding cell and is reportedly behaving erratically. The allegations were shared by March and March, while the woman remains in intensive care following the attack.
