The @arbitrum DAO has officially crossed $3M in cumulative interest from its Treasury Management Portfolio! The $1.5M mark was reached back on September 23rd, 2025, meaning the DAO's total interest has doubled in just 6 months. ~$90M is currently deployed, yielding ~4% APY.

The most recent onchain proposal, DVP Quorum & Proposal Cancellation, passed around two weeks ago and is now going through the execution process. Once executed onchain, quorum for upcoming proposals will be calculated based on delegated voting power, rather than votable tokens.

Fluid recently announced that all user funds affected by the Resolv incident will be fully covered. USDC, USDT and GHO supply rates are trending back to normal after the post-hack spike, though USDC on Fluid Arbitrum is still sitting around 8% for rate chasers.

Update on the Resolv incident: Debt repayment is ongoing and will continue until 100% of affected user funds are covered. As of today: • ~$70M of USR-related debt on BNB and Plasma chains has been repaid. The remaining debt will be settled over the coming days. • A governance proposal to transfer the remaining USR debt positions to the team multisig, to further settle them with the Resolv team, has been published on-chain. • A compensation plan for all affected USR users will be shared shortly. All Fluid markets are safe and operate as intended. All user funds remain secure. We will continue to provide daily updates as the situation progresses.
