Big conversations shaping the future of onchain finance, digital identity, and sovereign innovation coming out of Bermuda. Bullish to see leaders thinking beyond hype and focusing on the infrastructure, regulation, and collaboration needed to build durable onchain economies.
Circle@circle

Bermuda is showing how trusted policy, digital dollars, and real-world adoption can shape the future of finance. Premier David Burt joins Circle's President Heath Tarbert and Chief Commercial Officer @KashRazzaghi to discuss the future of Bermuda’s onchain economy vision.

Sam | Circle and Arc Community
I get asked a lot: “Is my project aligned with Arc?” My answer: Arc is an open infrastructure, so build, test and push your ideas freely. IMO, your better question is "why should my idea for a project even exist?" Wrote more on Arc House ↓ community.arc.io/home/forum/boa…

Totally fair point, that’s why the evolution of agentic commerce requires both technical and legal/regulatory frameworks to mature in parallel. The technology is advancing quickly, but trusted infrastructure, clear accountability, compliance, and interoperable financial rails will be just as important to making these systems viable at scale.

@entrylevelvp Hi Bordes, thanks for sharing this. It definitely feels possible to build something like what the CEO described, but what about the legal and regulatory considerations around autonomous AI entities operating independently?

Morpho 🦋@Morpho

Morpho is coming to @arc Today: $2,500,000,000+ in USDC already earning yield on Morpho. Soon: the open credit network will power the Economic OS built for the internet-native economy.

The most resonant takeaway from the @BizBash @Convene Experiential Lounge is how great event marketing starts with understanding human behavior. People don’t stop being human when they enter a B2B event. Attention, emotion, curiosity, utility, hospitality, and connection still drive engagement. The activations that stand out aren’t necessarily the biggest, they were the most human: –>useful experiences –>participatory moments –>emotionally resonant details “Festivalization” isn’t about turning conferences into Coachella. It’s about applying human-centered design to every brand touchpoint.

Agreed for those who learn & adapt, but new hires closest to the tech will become the most efficient operators. Managing a team of agents is less about years of traditional management experience and more about orchestration, systems thinking, prompting, workflows, and rapid iteration.

@entrylevelvp @GlblCtzn Workforce-AI integration favors domain expertise + new tools, not new hires with thin domain knowledge. The 40+ workers with 15 years of pattern recognition are the ones who actually capture value here — if they make the jump in time

Leaving @GlblCtzn NOW energized by a simple throughline: access is everything. ->Energy access can’t wait because reliable power shapes education, opportunity, and economic resilience. ->AI will reshape the workforce, but the real unlock is retraining people to adapt, own their tools, and participate in what comes next. ->Move Afrika is a reminder that creativity is not a side hustle, it’s infrastructure, industry, and economic power. ->Climate justice only works if financing actually reaches the communities on the front lines. Progress needs capital, technology, culture, and urgency, but most of all, it needs people building systems that include more people.

Continuously advancing infrastructure
Circle@circle

USDC is becoming a core part of @HyperliquidX’s evolving market structure. USDC will become an Aligned Quote Asset on Hyperliquid and continue as the primary collateral asset across HIP-1, HIP-2, HIP-3, and now HIP-4 markets. As Hyperliquid expands into new onchain markets, USDC enables: → Deep liquidity across trading pairs → Greater capital efficiency ecosystem-wide → Seamless crosschain access to digital dollars Circle is also making a significant financial investment in the ecosystem through HYPE staking. Great use of experiential product by @Adobe. They kept it simple and let people create. A hands-on studio where attendees could edit, collaborate, and use their tools in real time, mirroring how their audience engages with the product.

@ALGO_BRO DLTs handle settlement and trust. We’re enabling a coordination layer where agents can use that infrastructure, holding value, transacting with USDC, and executing financial logic across systems. If anything, it should drive more activity to the underlying rails.

@entrylevelvp Thank you for replying. That might be the case for Arc but what about Circle’s Agentic stack? That seems to be in clear competition with Blockchain / DLT.

@ALGO_BRO Arc is designed as a foundational coordination layer for value, where stablecoins, assets, and financial flows can move seamlessly across ecosystems. Complementary vs competition 🤝

@entrylevelvp Why would Circle try to compete with Decentralized Blockchains / DLT’s ?? Not a good look IMO !!
