@GrahamSpiers Minimum added time is the rule. That's set at the start of the injury time period

I do have one issue with the SFA statement. They appear to believe that, because the game clock shows 53.07 (98.07) at conclusion, Celtic v Hearts was fully played out, no premature ending. But Callum Osmand’s goal was scored at 52.30 (97.30) and was immediately followed by fans on the pitch. So this SFA claim doesn’t make sense. The outcome of the match was not in doubt but the SFA can hardly claim that “more than the minimum additional time of eight minutes” were added. Not unless they mean that both teams could actually have played on with fans on the field.
Graham Spiers@GrahamSpiers

So we can now say - which we haven’t been able to say openly for days - that Derek McInnes told match officials he wanted Celtic v Hearts ended the moment Celtic went 3-1 up and fans invaded the pitch.

@GrahamSpiers Probably decided just before these 5 crossed the half way line.

@McGinleyTony @ghostofSanFran Just before this, I'd bet McInnes decided to call it. Pitch invasion made zero difference. 11s into the audio, he therefore decided at least before that and related that decision to the officials

@ghostofSanFran Happy to have it done because he knew the game was over….. a restart would mean him lumping everyone up the park and risk another breakaway goal for Celtic… Hearts need to do the decent thing and congratulate Celtic and then let us all deal with the future of pitch invasions

@ptg1888 @maroonajambo Within 11s of the goal it was on that tape, so even earlier than that to make the decision he wasn't going back out. If I was a betting man, I'd bet McInnes knew the game was over as these 5 crossed the half way line, and made his decision as the ball nestled in the net.

This is absolutely extraordinary. The SFA have just confirmed that that match was ended *because of fears for the safety of the Hearts players during a mass pitch invasion* 😳😮😳😮😳😮 scottishfa.co.uk/news/scottish-…

@tomheadden @rfc7069686764 @jambotree X isn’t real life. This is the place where people make up football and criminal laws because they can’t handle Celtic winning another league title. You should have realised that by now.

“Derek McInnes has told me he’s happy to finish” 😂😂😂😂😂 Genuinely the funniest thing that could’ve came from that audio. Game. Set. Match.
Anthony Joseph@AnthonyRJoseph

The SFA have released the audio from Celtic v Hearts which shows referee Don Robertson tell the VAR room that #HMFC are “happy” for the game to finish. The ref then ended the match on 98mins and 7secs - over the additional 8mins of added time. youtu.be/XIIWKE-g4IU

GitHub’s report today confirms that the compromised Nx Console extension was used as the initial access vector in this attack. This is a difficult thing to read as the CEO of Nx, and I want to be direct about it: we take responsibility for the role our software played in this incident. I’m grateful to the GitHub, Microsoft, and independent security teams that moved quickly to investigate, contain, and share information publicly. This incident highlights that there need to be deeper, more fundamental changes to how we and other maintainers need to think about securing developer tooling and open source distribution. We are already making major changes to our publishing, automation, and extension security posture, and we’ll continue sharing those changes publicly as we implement them. We’re also beginning conversations with other high-profile open source maintainers about how we can work together on some of the deeper structural problems around software supply chain security. A lot of the assumptions the ecosystem has operated under for years no longer hold. Our focus right now is supporting affected users, hardening Nx, and helping push the broader ecosystem toward stronger supply chain security practices. Updates and guidance: github.com/nrwl/nx-consol…

@pieandbov There's never been a game ended 10s or earlier than the minimum by a referee in Scotland?

I might be missing something here, but this whole "did he, didn't he" debate about how the game ended on Saturday could all be settled very easily. All the SFA need to do is release the audio which, even in the bedlam going on around it, will capture the referees whistle being blown. The SPFL say he told them it had ended, so it's very easy to prove that. This tiresome debate is going to go on forever until they do. I'm surprised it's not been released already tbqh.
