This statement from Rory McIlroy after blowing a historic 6-shot lead, comes across as wildly arrogant & has a mentality of “one Masters championship is enough for me” Tiger Woods would never answer a question like this.

This is the main reason I left Ireland. Income tax, motor tax, value added tax, carbon tax, universal social charge, extortionate insurance rates, ZERO support as a home grown entrepreneur. Only for politicians to piss it away with nothing to show for it. Billions funneled on hotel accommodation instead of permenant housing. Billions wasted on state media that I wipe the floor with in production quality with a 300k budget. Billions wasted on unelected quango organizations that serve no purpose other than to disrupt development. Meanwhile the government BEGS Apple to not pay us the tax they owe us. While they pay our people half what they pay less educated Americans with lower costs of living. Irish citizens are second class citizens to US corporations.

Morning, @IrishTimes @IrishTimesOpEd article today is on the monumental waste of public money that plagues Ireland. The State is pissing billions away every year. The figures are startling. No one is accountable. irishtimes.com/opinion/2026/0…

Would anyone in Ireland like to buy this never used. Serial number 198 “Not-A-Flamethrower”? Pretty sure it’s the only one in the country 😂

I’m launching a business! This time last year, I got blood work done to get a better understanding of where my overall health was at. Fast forward a year later, and little did I know it would lead me to launching a business alongside a former colleague, Dr. Alan Farrell My curiosity about products and interventions (or as my teammates and friends like to call them, “gimmicks”) to aid recovery, performance, and general well-being has always been innate to me for as long as I can remember. What has been evident over the past 4–5 years is the growing appetite among individuals to understand their bodies and an increasing urge to be proactive in their mental and physical health. Having had Alan as our team doctor in @connachtrugby for a number of seasons, it was great to reconnect and catch up. The wheels were put in motion, and the rest is history. Over the past two decades, Dr. Farrell has worked with numerous elite and professional athletes and teams. More recently, he’s turned his attention to using the tools of the high-performance world to prevent and treat the epidemic of physical and mental chronic diseases around the world. With Alan’s expertise in Preventative and High-Performance Medicine, we set out to source some of the most heavily researched ingredients, many of which all of us are deficient in, alongside some emerging ingredients, to create a product. We conducted market research and surveyed over 1,600 people to gain a better understanding of who we were communicating with, to deeply understand our prospective community, what they were interested in, and what concerns they had about their health. With this, we were best equipped to provide education, support, and a product that represented not only what we founders believed in, but also something our potential community could align with. I’ll share some of the research in the coming weeks, but much of the findings were sobering yet filled us with hope that we could provide value. So, armed with all this (and lots of Zoom calls, phone calls, and emails), Cognitive Blends and our first product, ThriveOne, were born: Natural Hormone Support for Men. It’s not going to be a silver bullet by any means, but we are confident we can help educate, optimize, and provide hormonal functioning support for men so they can perform, live healthier lives, and get back in balance. Alongside that we have some exciting product aimed at both males and females in the coming months post launch. ThriveOne will be available for purchase in the coming weeks, for early access, discounts and to learn more about your hormonal health sign up to our newsletter at cognitiveblends.com

Peadar Tóibín sounds the best. You’d almost consider Aontú until you realise one of their core values is “Anti Abortion” 🤔 #RTEUpfront

Everyone seems to be allergic to giving a solution and prefer to just site things as they are now and bash the other parties! #RTEUpFront

I remember scaring the s*** out of my family on numerous occasions with that mask! 😂

Me and @eoiny123 in 1997 (I think). That’s actual human hair that I took from the local barber and glued to my face. I’m not sure why an adult didn’t intervene in that hair brained idea.
