@kapowfit I always start looking from the beginning and try to find something pretty early on, figuring that will be easiest for the audience to follow. Or I find a short passage that has a story behind it, and spend part of the time telling the story and then read the passage.

Real talk: I'm trying to choose a passage from my upcoming novel to read at an event and realizing that the entire thing is so freaking boring. What have I done?😭
