@OfficialDMRC Metro virtual smart card is very convenient; there is no need to keep the physical smart card, just like a QR ticket you can use. You can get all benefits like the physical smart card. You just need to download the Sarthi app.

You can pitch for collaboration with just 500 followers because if they see your audience has more purchasing power, they're going to bet on you.

I watched only 13 minutes of Samay Raina's YouTube video "Still Alive," and the guy said, "Hit everyone. We are, as humans, different and playing a game on social media."

@MahimaJalan2 Try Cafe and Co. in DLF Mall, Noida; I think it's one of the most aesthetically pleasing interiors in the entire mall.

I used to think treks were about views. After a few days in the mountains, I’m convinced they’re about everything else. Here’s what stayed with me: 🧵

2026: - being an individual creator - separately running 70+ channels @ 1Bn+ views a month - running Aeos Labs (enterprise AI services) - running YAAS (enterprise content services) - 100+ enterprise clients across everything incl. Coca Cola, Cleartrip, Zoho, etc etc. - making a video game (UE5, C++) - 500+ people bootstrapped, green PnL despite *lots* of experimental spend what I enjoyed most: - hanging out with the people who are in this journey with me + board game nights (Dune Imperium Uprising) - spending time mentoring new talent and finding prodigy level talent from our large follower base (our moat imo) - running non commercial experiments with new tech. We shipped 10+ unique projects and demos last year purely to learn and improve our craft of content + tech. - teaching as much as I know before I run out of steam - graduating from mostly consumer products to enterprise contracts What I could’ve done better: - taken better care of health - people tend to make too many snap judgements about anything at scale but keeping Aeos stealth too long was a conscious choice - could’ve told the story a bit sooner - could’ve expanded a bit sooner (we delayed decisions like expanding office space because of fear of things maybe going wrong) - started internal management training sooner (leaders are everything at an org like us) - worked with large enterprises much sooner (rather than with startups). I think I significantly underestimated enterprise revenue in India.

Called at least 40 stores, it's not available, found it available in @RelianceDigital store in Hyderabad, it's showing in stock, but the Sales person is not willing to give that, Store manager said it's showing available, inventory manager said it's available, but apple sales person Sir it's not available & the piece is showing is defective piece, Box Pack piece is defective according to him 😭 I guess that salesperson wanted to sell that piece outside in premium.

I don't know, but there is plenty of basic stuff flooding on this platform, and still you are thinking, "Why are these people posting basic stuff?" because most of the people are looking for basic knowledge, not advanced ones.

Human with tribe will beat human without tribe. But the tribes you think you are part of online when you participate in a conversation and take a side aren’t real. They’re illusions. Go find your tribes offline.

@MahimaJalan2 One more thing I realized about the gym model is the membership model; they always want to sell the yearly plans rather than cheaper weekly or monthly plans. The customer feels heavy in our head.

Most gyms in India aren’t profitable and shut down within a few years because many owners don’t understand what the business has become. If you’re opening a gym today and your only plan is machines, mirrors and AC, you’re already late. The gyms that actually make money sell value, not access. >Personal training with clear, tracked results >Group formats like cardio, Zumba, strength, HIIT that feel social and fun >Swimming, sports conditioning, kids programs >One-on-one coaching, habit building, diet guidance, accountability Equipment is just a tool, not the product. Businesses that evolve survive. The rest shut down.
