I am Canadian. The government takes more than half of our paycheck, tariffs every industry including our farmers, tariffs our energy costs - the United States tariffs are but a drop in the bucket compared to our own tariffs. In addition, we benefit from CUSMA far more than the US benefits from that agreement. If you’re Canadian and you’re mad about the tariffs, why are you not mad at our own government?

Despite announcing a suspension of new arms sales to Israel in 2024, Canada - under Liberal leadership - has continued to permit, or has not fully blocked, the transfer of military components and ammunition, often routed through the United States. Records indicate ongoing shipments of ammunition, bomb components, and explosive propellants for the Israeli military, sometimes facilitated by Canadian companies. They just route them throught the US.

I don’t understand why gasoline is priced at Strait of Hermoz blockade prices $1.90/liter when Canada produces enough oil to supply Canada. Why are we on World Prices? Why can’t oil/gasoline be priced at one fixed Canadian price? This is the most expensive gas has ever been in 🇨🇦

Actually, that is factually incorrect. Irish’s first modern “settlers” came from Britain. Before that, they were Mesolithic hunters and gatherers who originated from Iberia and and the Balkans. Point is, at what point do you claim a land belongs to someone? Timeframe? Law? Ancestry? Heritage?
