Rogers needs to stay far away from Arsenal and Arteta. The Emirates has become a creative player graveyard, where flair goes in and comes out looking like a defensive midfielder. Eze was cooking at Crystal Palace, and now you need a microscope to spot the difference between him and Ugarte. Rogers should choose Spurs instead. At least there, creative players are allowed to breathe. Joining Arteta means risking a career transformation from an “exciting attacker” into a confused defensive midfielder.
