@digimobil_es is there a problem with the link to Tenerife? Since yesterday the fibre went down and I can't get the login code to my account via email.

@digimobil_es Hi, I bought a 2nd home in Tenerife, I'm trying to get the account transferred to my name, but on emails you say I need to send my Spanish address, phone number and bank details. I live in London. By EU law you have to accept other banks. How do I get broadband?

Currently no lights on half the pool yet they let people swim! It's not safe, you can't see others in the narrow circulating lanes! Canary Wharf Virgin Active.

@VirginActiveUK Yes I was there at 3pm and they were already out of towels. The text arrived too late and surely they could see well before they ran out that it was going to happen? Others like who arrived at the same time hadn't had a text or notification either before they were on way

Hi Richard and others. Much has been done to fix Canary Wharf since my report, so thank you for that. But today again like many Sundays before they're out of towels and didn't inform members on time. So having made the time and paid for travel I'm extremely disappointed.

@limebike one of your bikes is in the Thames by the Greenland Dock Pier. Easy access via stairs so I suggest you pick it up pronto right now in the next few hours while the tide is low (access) and before it pollutes the Thames

@VirginActiveUK It's Canary Wharf as mentioned in the comments. They have also been made aware that this is on here. Most of these problems have not been fixed for the 10 months I've been a member. I can't see in the showers in the evening and it's all disgusting and dangerous.

This is the state of Canary Wharf Virgin Active now. Therapy pool is filthy and not working, sauna is closed, ladies water fountain broken again, hardly any lights working at ladies showers, many shower shelves, taps and hooks broken, sunlounger fabric broken. Hazardous.
