Whatever decision the club make they have to find a way of reverting back to a side that competes and battles every time they play because this current group just doesn’t

@_lfcleanne We are a mid table team at best this season. Everyone being trash and us getting some fluke wins at the start has made it a lot more respectable. We should have finished around 10th

Very damning words from Salah, but he’s spot on. Liverpool should be a team that gets you up on your feet, that blows teams away and utilises Anfield as its 12th man. Too sluggish, slow and fundamentally boring this season - something no one can get behind.

Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.

Just please make it end, for literally everyone’s sake. If we go into next season with Slot, his reputation is going to plummet, as we simply won’t bounce back from this. We need a reset. A new coach, some signings, but crucially an identity. We’re completely lost.

@Mobyhaque1 Some people even tried to play "told you so" gimmick when we drew a bunch of games against promoted teams at home playing 6 midfielders and counter attacking football.
Should have sacked him in November and Mo would've been with us for another year

Mohamed Salah is the mentality standard #LFC deserves. Shame on all foolish fans that belittled this undisputed legend this season. Fairweather fans, happy to ditch him after he delivered 57 Goals/Assists last season. The no 1 reason why we won the PL title. (47 Goals/Assists in PL last season)

@_LFCLOYAL_ Common mate. You are wearing your heart on your sleeve. That was a professional European performance when holding on to a 2-0 lead. PSG had no need to chase the game. They knew to sit tight & allow LFC to come on to them & with the quality they have it only took one counter.

Devastating result.
But THAT was a performance, by far the most proud I’ve been of the team all season.
We’ve been critical of Slot & the team this season, but tonight we should all be proud of them.
We gave it everything, dominated the best team in the world and on another night we’d have knocked them out and had another magical night in Anfield.
A difficult season for many reasons. But tonight was a statement.
We’re not going anywhere.
We’ll be back next season.

@_LFCLOYAL_ We had less than 40% possession in the first half, played long ball every time in a game we needed to score at least 2. We were good for 20 mins and apparently that's enough
