@eric_mazur I'm sorry to hear you have been affected by this temporary embargo. Lufthansa was successful in a reprieve with CDC effective immediately. New dog bookings are now permitted - under specific conditions - to the following port of entry: IAD, JFK. PHL, ATL, MIA, LAX. Regards. /Dave

@lufthansa: 1/30: booked US-EU ticket. Confirmed dog. 7/23: LH forced involuntarily return flight change because of LH "embargo" 7/29: lh.com changed to say LH "will honor [conf. animal bookings] after 8/1" but LH refuses to honor their original commitment.

@lufthansa Yes, but you MADE us change our flights to Wednesday and now won’t us let change it back. Three weeks of vacation lost.
