@eric__79 @cndexplorer There is no surveyed access in this location. In fact there is no survey for any of four well sites and a tank battery. There’s a poor sketch attached to tow surface lease agreements that show no access in this location.

Apparently it’s okay now for an oil company (delinquent in payment to the landowner) to just help themselves to more land if they can’t reach a well site via their lease road.
Land in foreground in photo used to get service rig, tank trucks etc. to the well site by trespass.

@cndexplorer @mark_dorin He should post the surveyed access, and show where the alleged trespass is occuring on a satellite photo. Without the facts this is just heresay.

@mark_dorin Sorry? That looks like an access road. No trees cut down recently, looks like they didn't cut the fence. Might even be a texas gate there? Are they not allowed to use the road or does the landowner not want them to use it because they are not paying their bills?

Last night @GenePrincipe proved to a National Audience that he’s the best in the business at what he does.
We say this in case others didn’t know, now you do.
Gene has a personal connection with every member of the @EdmontonOilers & that friendship is possible the best in all 32 @NHL cities. If anything he’s tied with Ryan Leslie in Calgary. We say that because we witness it first hand each year in Alberta.
Yes the @FlaPanthers won the @StanleyCup & I can only imagine how hard it must felt for the #Oilers not to win when you are that close with the group of 23 plus players, the entire coaching staff & the support staff that make it all happen, but Gene put his professional hat on like he always does & he did the player interviews with the Cats players after a Cup Victory which maybe could have been a hard thing to do but he sure amazing job.
Hopefully we see Gene in more of these moments & maybe there are a few of them with the @EdmontonOilers winning the Greatest Championship in Professional Sports.
Edmonton is lucky to call Gene one of their own & the entire @NHL can see why we love him…most importantly you can see why he has that genuine passion & connection with the players.
Great job Gene, you did outstanding work these playoffs.
