@mark_dorin @eric__79 Clearly there is an access road that comes in from the east. They wouldn’t push a “trespass road” in from the north or south (too wet) or the west (too far). Well has been on production since 1983. Guarantee that there is and always has been a proper access road into the lease

@eric__79 @cndexplorer There is no surveyed access in this location. In fact there is no survey for any of four well sites and a tank battery. There’s a poor sketch attached to tow surface lease agreements that show no access in this location.

Apparently it’s okay now for an oil company (delinquent in payment to the landowner) to just help themselves to more land if they can’t reach a well site via their lease road. Land in foreground in photo used to get service rig, tank trucks etc. to the well site by trespass. 1n

@cndexplorer Here's a labelled photo. There is no road where the trespass occurred. They ploughed through the pasture.

@CouldBeMistaken @KeflonDon I agree with a $2.6mm D&C. Looking at the public completion and drilling tours they all settle around that amount. But…that doesn’t include equipping, construction or tie-in. So $2.6mm is only a partial measure of the capital required

@CouldBeMistaken @KeflonDon But BOEs you say. At 24 months their best well has produced 100mboe. Assuming a 20 to 30$/boe netback with $3.1 DCET there is no way that these things are paying out in 11 months.

Middle East production is being shut down No one is discussing the restart risk Oil fields don’t just “snap back.” Some will recover quickly, others won’t The most likely overall outcome is a greater, longer-lasting supply loss than markets assume. #OilMarkets #EnergyCrisis #ReservoirEngineering

@ShaleTier7 The Belly River is higher permeability than the Cardium. The technically prudent decision is to respect the rock and widen spacing. If there’s one thing $YGR.TO does well, it’s to not over capitalized their reservoirs

Dear Mackenzie Did you possibly consider asking Mr. Hodgson where the extra production is coming from or possibly consider fact checking him? Basically what a journalist is supposed to do as part of their job Because people working in Canada's energy industry are confused as to where the extra production is coming from. Signed Concerned Geologist
Mackenzie Gray@Gray_Mackenzie

The 23.6 m barrels of oil that Canada will release as a part of the IEA plan will come from already planed production, not an emergency increase It will be a 140k barrels a day, starting in April, as per the Natural Resources Ministers office #cdnpoli globalnews.ca/news/11731814/…

Tourmaline has been one of my biggest positions for years and a Mike Rose fan But the Q4 release bragging on record volumes into a shitty gas tape, selling oil assets at a bad time to be more gassy and staying focused on empire building MORE gas Makes me queasy $TOU.TO

@OGJV84 @ShaleTier7 It entertains me that the plays they refer too and illustrate on their corporate website are ones discovered and developed by the management team that they punted. Whomever buys Tuktu out of their eventual receivership process will do well…

$tuk.v not too sure why they decided to show that their land position is prone to induced seismicity from frac'ing. Setting of earthquakes is generally thought to be a bug and not a feature
