Hi Bruno, this is not an obvious stock at all. This is a very low quality company, and their reserves are fake and grossly overstated. I'm happy to discuss any points of your thesis and explain why/how there is probably more risk than you might think. Yangarra genuinely does not have the resource that their reserve report says they do and that is an immutable fact. They have historically missed almost every single guidance forecast post-2018, and only 4 of the 125 wells they've drilled since 2021 have met their own type curve. This is not a company you want to own for any purpose. You'd be better off buying other small-caps with better assets or crude oil calls for price exposure.
