Ten outcomes of our talks with @SwedishPM Ulf Kristersson. 1. We agreed to work on the joint production of CV-90s armoured vehicles in Ukraine. 2. Ukrainian warriors began training to operate Swedish “Archers”. 3. Ukrainian pilots are already taking part in testing “Gripen” fighter aircraft. We discussed further steps to transfer them to Ukraine. 4. We are preparing the transfer of Sweden’s new, 13th security assistance package. 5. Sweden joined the Peace Formula, more specifically its items on the restoration of nuclear safety, justice, environment protection, and humanitarian mine clearance. 6. Ukraine will be ready to open EU accession talks this year and we have Sweden’s support on our path to the EU. 7. Our teams will discuss the bilateral document on security guarantees following the G7 Declaration last month. 8. Sweden stands ready to provide advanced water pumping systems to restore water supply after Russian terror act at the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Plant. 9. Sweden will take active part in Ukraine’s recovery, including with the engagement of private capital. 10. Ukraine counts on Sweden, Swedish regions and companies taking patronage over Ukrainian regions and spheres which require recovery after Russian strikes. I am grateful to Sweden for its firm and consistent support. Together, we protect life, freedom, and our common values.

Now we have information from our intelligence that the Russian military has placed objects resembling explosives on the roof of several power units of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. Perhaps to simulate an attack on the plant. Perhaps they have some other scenario. But in any case, the world sees – can't but see – that the only source of danger to the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is Russia and no one else. Unfortunately, there was no timely and large-scale response to the terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant. And this may incite the Kremlin to commit new evil. It is the responsibility of everyone in the world to stop it, no one can stand aside, as radiation affects everyone.

We have just had a report from our intelligence and the Security Service of 🇺🇦. Intelligence has received information that Russia is considering a scenario of a terrorist attack on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. A terrorist attack with radiation leakage. They have prepared everything for this. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly had to remind that radiation has no state borders, and who it will hit is determined only by the wind direction. We share all available information with our partners – everyone in the world. All the evidence. Europe, America, China, Brazil, India, the Arab world, Africa – all countries, absolutely everyone should know this. International organizations. Everyone. There should never be any terrorist attacks on nuclear power plants anywhere. This time it should not be like with Kakhovka – the world has been warned, so the world can and must act.

We also covered the Peace Formula, F-16s for Ukraine, the Special Tribunal, new military aid packages, engaging other regions, and mine clearing. An open and friendly discussion as it should be between member states and a future member. Moving toward concrete steps on all issues.

In Stockholm to take part in EU 27 Foreign Ministers meeting upon @JosepBorrellF’s and @TobiasBillstrom’s invitation. I brought up two crucial issues: long-range artillery ammunition and short-range opening of EU accession talks. We are making progress on both.

@3blue1brown Doesn't Gödel's incompleteness theorem contradict this statement? (If I understand the theorem correctly?) It says that there are true mathematical statements without proofs, whether or not we understand them really really well.

In math, you can sometimes prove a claim before fully understanding it. But you cannot fully understand a claim without also being able to prove it.
