8. **Vascular Health:**
- By improving cardiovascular health, exercise enhances blood flow to the brain, ensuring it receives adequate oxygen and nutrients. This improved circulation supports brain function and reduces the risk of cerebrovascular diseases.
Overall, Peter Attia advocates for incorporating regular exercise into daily routines to leverage its extensive benefits for brain health, ultimately contributing to better cognitive function, mood regulation, and overall well-being throughout life.

I recently read Peter Attia’s book “Outlive,” and while I’d recommend that anyone read this book I didn’t realize the impact daily exercise has on our health, specifically the effects on our brain health. He believes that regular physical activity is one of the most potent tools for maintaining and enhancing cognitive function as we age. Here are some key effects of exercise on the brain, according to Attia:
1. **Neurogenesis:**
- Exercise, particularly aerobic activities, stimulates the production of new neurons in the hippocampus, a region critical for learning and memory. This process is known as neurogenesis.

@mattbarri @jasooo I also like the Machete order: 4, 5 (find out about Luke and bomb drop with Vader), skip 1 because it sucked, 2, 3 (understand how Anakin became Vader), 6 (build up for return of the Jedi). Indifferent on 7, 8, 9. Trash! Rogue One would have to be a standalone after.
English

@mattbarri @jasooo Episode order is feasible with Rogue One after 3. Although, if you do episode order they won’t find out about Vader being Luke’s father like the bomb drop that it was.

@geoff_byron The proliferation of the robo call has made this 100x worse for cell phones. I don’t remember the last time I picked up a random #.

@GergelyOrosz @intercom interesting. Worked at PD for 6 years and there is a license tier to address on-call burnout/most people aren't aware of that. joined a new category of insights .@uplevelteam that is holistically addressing the intersect of people (burnout) + velocity. plans to include PD.

PagerDuty doesn't pay for oncall, doesn't seem to measure impact on its own engineers (or build and sell tooling to help with this!).
Companies that do both: eg Google and @Intercom.

@eric_jaso I have unsubscribed to an email from Palm Springs golf course maybe 100 times. So I contacted them but they said the email comes from some other company who does their marketing. I threatened legal action, still receiving about 6 emails per week for last 5 years. Never going back
