Today, we successfully held our 72nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. During the meeting, shareholders were updated on the Exchange’s performance for the 2025 financial year, the prevailing operating environment, key strategic priorities and the company’s growth outlook. Shareholders approved key resolutions presented at the meeting, including a first and final dividend of Kshs. 1.00 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend comprises an ordinary dividend of Kshs. 0.73 per share and a special dividend of Kshs. 0.27 per share.
