@richroll I completely agree with this. I am 53 and just set a PR at Ironman by 19 minutes (and we believe it's a world's best time in my a.g.!) So, yeah, there's no doubt that you can be your best as life goes on! (I think you and I used to race one another as pros back in the day!)
