In one intense week, the Fellows moved from operator-to-investor stories to robotics sessions, they walked Stanford’s halls, pitched to the Managing Partner of @lombardstreetVC and learned how investors truly read founders. @CrosslinkCap and @Soma_Capital reinforced a simple truth: people matter more than decks. At Uber HQ, strategic finance became tangible, and with it how decisions scale when a product touches the world. The program layered perspectives: @andreamach on going from @BeReal_App to building Peekz; @AntoniaMoss42 on growth at @Polymarket; @MicheleRivaCode on raising from world-class backers to build Orama; Alberto Salamone on career inflection points; @WesAField on leaving @PalantirTech for a startup and trusting your judgment. Themes kept repeating: • raise later than you think • leadership beats pure tech • decision frameworks outrun hype • openness is a superpower. The Fellows leave with new mental models on resilience, hiring, pitching and pace and, most of all, a network spanning founders, investors and big tech workers.
