@ericlbarnes Have you tried their chrome extension? It’s very handy.

@aarondfrancis I have mine set up like this too, with a "laravel-news-studio" project, and then I just let it drive all the repos. Super handy.

I've gotten a few questions about working across multiple repos in Solo.
The good news is: do whatever you want!
Here, I have web, desktop, and mobile as individual projects, and then one "Solo Parent" that's the folder above it.
The mobile orchestrator just spawn agents in each one of those projects! It's controlling those agents, even though it's in a different Solo project.
Projects are not hard boundaries, just lightweight scopes.

We just killed the 9-5.

@ashleyhindle put an asterisk on "perfect PHP code" in his PHPVerse talk title. So what's it hiding?
His honest answer: nobody gets perfect code every time and your "perfect" isn't the same as mine.

Pretty sure x or Twitter or whatever don’t know what they are doing. This is all anyone wanted since Elon took over.

We're rolling out a small tweak to boost visibility of your posts to your mutuals (people who you follow back). We noticed this data was missing from the algo and it made your friends appear less in your replies. This resulted in the reply section feeling more like a battleground with people you don't recognize. This should also help clusters form around interests more easily, which many people have asked for.

Just an fyi. 😛
The difference is only about 5°F of winter minimum (7b bottoms out around 5–10°F, 8a around 10–15°F), but that’s exactly the line several classic Southern plants live on. Things you can grow reliably in 8a that are risky or die back in 7b:
•Tea olive (Osmanthus fragrans) — one of the best-smelling shrubs anywhere; solid in 8a, gets zapped in hard 7b winters
•Confederate jasmine — the fragrant vine on porches all over Charlotte; marginal in 7b
•Indian hawthorn and pittosporum — coastal-Carolina staples that hold up in 8a
•Oleander and loquat — loquat will even fruit some years in 8a
•Windmill palm — the one palm that genuinely works here
•Rosemary and gardenia — survive 7b but often get ratty; in 8a they stay full and evergreen
•Hardy banana (Musa basjoo) — dies to the ground in 7b, but in 8a the pseudostem often survives with mulch, so it gets much bigger
Fun fact: Gastonia actually was 7b until the 2023 USDA map update bumped much of the Charlotte metro to 8a — so you’re growing in the new zone already. Tea olive near your front porch would be my top pick from that list; the fall fragrance is unreal.

@IanLandsman Go ahead and start the adoption papers now. You aren’t going back.

@VicVijayakumar Yes! At this point I can probably hire Vic AI to just tell me what to plant. 😍
English

@jessethanley @ShaneDRosenthal Yes! I mean if we aren’t getting more time to do things we love vs baby sitting prompts. What’s the point?
English

@ericlbarnes @ShaneDRosenthal I love this. We can’t help ourselves have thoughts but the job is to take them out of our brains/memory and turn into a job for a cloud agent. Review it later when it’s done.
English

@jessethanley @ShaneDRosenthal Agreed. Did this with Claude connected to computer but a true remote agent would rock. I need to up my ai game.

English

@ShaneDRosenthal I do feel like caffeine + outside x remote/cloud agents = 🥰 but caffeine + Claude at the desk = ☠️

@enunomaduro built the entire PHP Portugal community from a single tweet. His claim?
Starting a local dev scene is "zero work" and it's changed countless lives (and salaries). Here's how he did it.

@ericlbarnes You could always get your President to give FIFA a call…

Hear me out. We standardize what penalties actually are for the #worldcup.
Norway pushes you - no goal
England pushes you so you can't head it - no foul
English

@cossssmin @ericlbarnes Or … or … hear me out ….. how about outlook and other “providers of software” just have some new proper standards ? 😎

@dgarbs51_ @michaeldyrynda I’ve actually never used outlook. I think I need to give it a go.
English

@michaeldyrynda @ericlbarnes hot take... Outlook UX is superior to Gmail. Outlook as a actual email system is far inferior to Gmail.
