How to stay unsuccessful as a Founder: - consume every business book and podcast. take no actual action - not learn how to be a better manager and instead complain about your hires - protect your ego out of fear. not take feedback - make emotional decisions rather than what's best for the company - not realize it takes 20 no's to get your first yes - spend 6 months "perfecting" the product nobody asked for instead of shipping something ugly and iterating - chase the shiny new idea every quarter instead of going deep on the one that's already working - avoid the hard conversation w/ your cofounder until it blows up - read about cold outreach instead of sending your first 50 DMs tonight - spend 3 hours stalking your competitor instead of calling your own churned users - keep scrolling X instead of logging off and actually building something you've got this.

I'd say the biggest waste of time in life is trying to be "cool" and trying to fit in. There's no bigger relief than not having to perform for others. Life's about chasing the stuff you actually love, even when it's weird, even when it's uncool, even when nobody else gets it.
