Let's see what these new recruits and the portal additions do for us next year. It would be great but to beat the gators badly on the road and win a bowl game so we head into next season that way.

Now that we know Mike is staying, what changes would you like to see for next season? And stopping your donations isn't the way to fix this, it will only make things worse. Signing day is in two weeks, we need to close this class out and then hit the portal for additional needs

@SchumiNole @fifthquarterfsu Your probably right on that but he is back next year and we have to ride with it and hope to see a new team next year. If we lose this week then they may go back on what they said today and fire him anyways because fans will lose it more than they already have.

@dc196433 @BCleaver123 @fifthquarterfsu I am not disagreeing with you at all. I never said he shouldn't be fired. He should be for the ACC and road record alone. This is not rock bottom though and is an improvement over last year. My hope is that we get even better next year and this losing stops.

@JetzDad @clay_fink I never said he shouldn't be fired. He should be based on the ACC and road stat alone. I am just seeing alot of this is rock bottom or this is as bad as it gets and that is far from reality. It can be way worse. Things have to change.

@ericmcc23 @clay_fink No you don’t give a coach a break at marginal improvement when he was also the one that lead them to such an inexcusable season to where 5 wins is actually considered improvement. Especially at a school like FSU and in a mediocre conference. It’s unacceptable

@AnthrNoleBurner @fifthquarterfsu I agree but the reason I mentioned the offense specifically is because we could have won games just from the offense alone being consistent.

@AnthrNoleBurner @fifthquarterfsu I am not cheering it at all. The inconsistencies on offense are the biggest issue to fix. If that wasn't the case then we could be 9-3.

@bajablast40 @fifthquarterfsu I agree that we should have a much better record. The inconsistencies in the offense are crazy and has to be fixed to get better moving forward. Hopefully year 2 under the OC will make the difference.

@ericmcc23 @fifthquarterfsu I was ok with 7-5 given the thought that UF, NC State, and Clemson were good teams. Given how the schedule has worked out, I consider this season a failure because this schedule is dog crap.

I will always support this team and honestly if we lose to UF this week then the fan outrage may force their hand regardless because that cannot happen.

@fsuwanderer @fifthquarterfsu Last year we scored 185 and we have 375 this year. Thats way better to me. The defense has allowed less point but could and should be better.

@FalcoNole @clay_fink I do not disagree at all. The game this wee will be the most important win at this point. If we lose to UF then fans will riot and they may then truly be forced to fire him. If they truly hard a choice between Cam Ward and DJU last year then that was the worst decision ever.

@ericmcc23 @clay_fink I was expecting 7-5 to 8-4 as the floor. But those 4-5 losses would’ve been to Alabama, Clemson, UM, UF, and maybe a fluke game but to lose to NC State, UVA, Pitt AND Stanford in inexcusable

@DevGro34 @fifthquarterfsu If TC1 comes back and starts then we are screwed. He cannot be our best option. He certainly won't make it through next season if TC1 starts again. I don't see TC1 improving into anywhere near JT. I am thinking that is what they are hoping for.

@ericmcc23 @fifthquarterfsu The head coach literally promised an immediate fix this past offseason. And now he’s trying to get the qb who’s a part of the issue a waiver to play again next season. The head coach set the expectation and failed to meet it and even admitted it.

@f3rnroq @fifthquarterfsu Great point. We did get some good players that should be even better next year (Desir twins, Kromah, etc). I total agree that we should beat bad teams every time and we HAVE to win an ACC game and a road game to go anywhere. Those should be the reasons he was fired but he isn't.
