I am deeply saddened to share that my Dear friend Tony Stella has passed away.
My thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time.
At the moment, his family is working to gain access to his business and manage next steps.

The Oklahoma Land Rush scene featured 700 horses, 500 wagons and classic Hollywood stuntwork. I can't believe everyone survived. At the end is a visual effects shot of a wagon running over a man. How???

CIMARRON (1960) - What looks like a dangerous stunt with a child is actually two shots seamlessly combined. A horse pass and an actor pass were stitched together with a SOFT SPLIT. Artists then rotoscoped the horse and its legs, so they move convincingly in front of and behind the actors.

@ericnewsom @kategabrielle I've never heard of "Seconds" but it seems really intriguing. One year after Katharine Hepburn passed away, there was an auction of her possessions and I had gotten it in my head that I could somehow get the pair of wicker chairs that, of course, went quickly over my budget, lol.

@ericnewsom @kategabrielle Ahhh, the harmonica-as-mouth/teeth element is brilliant. Do you own many original film posters? Which ones are your favs? I have to say that out of all the ones that I have, the original posters for "Bullitt," "Withnail and I," "Soylent Green," and "The Conversation" are my favs.

I haven't seen this one before but I absolutely adore vintage film posters from Poland, Serbia, then-Czechoslovakia, etc. Just love the wild and bold color schemes, fonts and graphics. Some of my favorites, including the "Ordinary People" poster which I'm lucky to possess.
