@Online_AACare It’s too late. I don’t have anything to resolve. I just want you to process my refund as promised and I’ll choose another airline carrier from now on. I did not feel safe flying your airline.

What they don’t tell you when you fly budget airlines like @Allegiant is if they cancel your flight due to weather, they will refund you, but you’re on your own to find another flight home. Or in our case we had to drive overnight to get back.

One more thing, I was on hold for two hours waiting for someone to answer me from Customer Service. Completely unacceptable.

On top of that, it is hit or miss what kind of employee you will deal with. My experience was most of them were not properly trained and frustrated with the lack of systems at @Allegiant better to choose a larger airline with lots of other flight options if you need to get home
