Alto is being logical and smart here. Putting the first station outside the core (my thoughts are Downsview, Pearson, East Harbour, or further out like Kennedy would allow for the final tunnelled section to Union, and the staging of a proper underground station at Union to be built - likely after the WELRT is complete…we will then likely see further tunnelling to Hamilton and an extension to Waterloo once the eastern section is done. On a massive project like this, you won’t want a huge section of the project to sit waiting for years to get into revenue service. Unpaid debt service fees would kill any chance of becoming profitable…getting service running allows for cash flow and cover debt servicing…

@TannerBuilds Why buy a full new set? Replace just the one tire and rotate it. Also you don't need a "presentable" truck to quote a 80k job. Just shower and put on a nice shirt.

Drove on a metal blade at Lowe’s and couldn’t patch tire. I can’t have a mismatched tire. Spent $1400 on new tires. I used to dread this but when you’re going to quote 80k in jobs for the day you need those tires and look presentable. Big picture.
